The Full Team Package

This 6 month program includes:

• 360 EI assessment and interpretation per person,
• simple four step process of assessment, strategy, implementation and results
• one half day training on-site*
•  two 90 minute group coaching sessions on-site* per month
•  two 1 hour private coaching sessions on-site*, by phone* or in-office* per month.  
  
  Investment:  $7800 /team of 6 people. Installments of $3800 1st month, $800 for the following 5 months.  Payment is due at the beginning of each month.  Rates are adjusted to accommodate smaller or larger groups.
  

The Team Package

A 12 week program includes:

• simple four step process of assessment, strategy, implementation and results
• one half day training session on-site*
• two 90 minute group coaching sessions on-site per month
• two 60 minute private coaching sessions on-site*, in-office*, or by phone* per month. 
  
  Investment:  $2400/team of 6 people paid in full or three monthly installments at $825/month.  Payment is due at the beginning of each month. 

      Available ala carte:   360 EI assessment and interpretation for $500/per person.

Individual Coaching Package

A 12 week program includes:

• weekly meetings by phone* or in-office*
• audio of each coaching session
• private webpage with tools and resources
  
  Investment: $1600 paid in full or 3 installments of $600 at the beginning of each month. 
  
  Available ala carte and highly recommended:  360 EI assessment and interpretation, $500.

All packages include The New Way of Living maintenance of 30, 60, 90 day follow-up.

*On-site = client premises
*By phone=client calls into coach's phone line
*In-office=client meets at coach's office in Vancouver, WA
